We focus on large and bulky items, this means we understand what’s important to you and your customers.

We deliver nationwide across the UK and Ireland, including ‘out of area’ locations
In most areas we offer next day delivery, with a late cut off
Guaranteed low damage and loss rates, with insurance available
We have an industry beating on-time-in-full, we guarantee 98%+ delivery on the promised date
We specialise in 2-man large or bulky items, and can deliver up to 150kg
We deliver a range of household items, ranging from home appliances, TVs, furniture, bathrooms, hot tubs and more…

We offer Saturday delivery to most of the UK mainland
We offer room of choice delivery
We do connect and disconnect for electrical and gas appliances
We do wall attachment for TVs
We do light assembly for furniture items
We offer waste electrical removal (WEEE) and disposal of old furniture and mattresses
We can remove and dispose of packaging

We operate a 24/7 helpline over email and live chat
We operate a 7-day call centre so our customers can call to check on their order
We maintain your branding in all our communications
We send our customers an SMS with a delivery window the day before delivery
Customers can ‘live track’ their order to see where our driver is and how far away it is
We call every customer when our driver is 30-60 mins away

We can store your goods if you don’t have the space or you’d like later cut off times.

We can return the goods to your DC for processing
We can do pre-returns screening to ensure fast refunds or replacements
We can offer recycling solutions on selected caetgories
We can do full disposal of goods
We can offer refurbishing on selected caetgories, allowing you to resell the goods as pre-loved

All our systems are bespoke, we don’t use generic third-party software as we know 2-man deliveries require bespoke solutions.

Flexible integration solutions; API, EDI or CSV are all options for consignment submission and data retrieval
All data we capture is available to you for analytics and for use in your own systems
We offer custom reporting suites, accessible by you on Power BI, to suit your businesses needs
